   I did search by facility address, the result was: Primary: No Mental: No Dental: Yes, HPSA = 13 MUA/P: Yes Also, yes, I did calculate my debt ratio correctly. The facility is a DSH and has qualified for NELRP in the past.

   I've been following this thread for several months, just trying to get things straight. So, even though I work at a CSF in a MUA/P with a debt ratio of ~300%, I'm automatically taken out of consideration because my facility does not have a HPSA score...
