I am a new grad so I can't give you what you would make but I am in St. Louis & I work at a large local system & was only started off at $20.37. And that is with already being in the system as a student nurse tech.
I worked as a student nurse in St. Louis and my ending pay was $11.65. They don't pay enough at all. I'm still in the same system as an RN & now only make $20.68 an hour.

Thank you to everyone for all of your help. I took the Exit Hesi today and passed with a 972! I am so excited and happy for it. I can actually breathe for a minute! I will still be studying for NCLEX but it is a weight lifted off my chest!!!
Cerriwin, thank you so much! I don't plan on being picky at all ?, where ever I can get in I plan on staying for at least a year. Job market hasn't really changed I know some grads who don't have jobs and I don't want to be one
