   Thank you for your reply..I guess that is the only way for me to determine what else i need to do-need to file my application..I am a green card holder..just need to submit the proper documents with lots of prayers..

   Do we have to apply to CA BON to get a rejection letter before we can enroll in the courses that they said we missed? I graduated April 2013 in PI,not licensed there..
