   I worked as a CNA in a hospital for 3 years, graduated with a BSN and still couldn't get a job in a hospital. I had to take a job in a prison to get some damn "RN" experience. They don't seem to care if you have other experience...

   Can anyone else offer any insight to getting a hospital job in the DFW area after 6-9 months of Correctional nursing experience? I have looked at some job postings and some don't even ask for experience....so what does this mean?
