I think every unit is different (one unit told me they were sending top 5 out of 12 but not sure if that really happened) but if you are doing the reference check I'd say you've got a good shot. What unit did you interview for?

The interview as rather informal as it was just with the nurse manager (no panel) She asked pretty standard questions like about conflict, miscommunication, stress and there were no situational questions. Do you have an interview coming up?

Not yet. She said she would give HR her top 5 candidates probably tomorrow then HR will contact those individuals to do that online skills survey thing. This process is ridiculously slow
