   Interviews are the next step after the initial screening of applications. I think it's pretty standard (as far as I've witnessed) that employers ask all interviewees for copies of their RN license, recommendation letters, and even their latest photo....

   I did better in A/P II than A/P I. I liked learning about the physiology of the body better because I think with anatomy, it's more like memorizing.
