   That's exactly how I feel! I feel like I'll miss the acuity and being proactive in these acute cases. Thanks for your advice. I do plan on taking it...... Just need to jump and take that leap of faith!

   My hospital is unionized but unfortunately there isn't any vacancies for casuals. I spoke with my manager to try and discuss different options to stay but it seems almost impossible to even go part-time. Thank you so much for your input!
