   No, I used to work at Mercy but that range seems to be the avg here amongst all my nurse friends who work at various different hospitals in the area.

   Cincinnati is around $21-$22/hr, night shift usually pays a $4 shift dif though. No sign-on bonuses here, too many nursing schools and it's really hard to get a job as a new grad too! Just be thankful to have a job :0) Good luck, and just keep movi...
