   trying2bNP, there isn't a specific language that you need to learn in order to pass the ANCC, its just mastering the art of really understanding what the question is asking...i used marg fitz to help me with health policies and covered the ANA standa...

   kellynp...i'm so sorry to hear that u didn't pass..it IS frustrating that in all the books we use to review there isn't as much emphasis on the research/politics/theory components as much as there is clinical emphasis...i'm sure the 2nd time around u...
