   administration of iv medication is (not in emergency cases) who is suppose to administer it. Drs or nurses.

   for the last 3 years i noticed that c/s on demands was acceptable medical practice and it became as routine and the reason for performing it is history of previous c/s ( even if the patient can deliver vaginaly and did not demand for it)
