   Thanks for your response. A temporary license will take less time? It seems like it will take 4-6 weeks which is the same as transferring? Cuz a lot seems to be online now.. Maybe i will just apply for a Cali license and get a partial refund from NY....

    I interviewed at chla April 14 cuz I was already going to be in LA interviewing at ucla. So I did the preliminary interview before a lot of ppl cuz I called and asked if I could. I got a rejection email from chla a week later lol
