   I have worked as one in a hospital (in a hospital a CNA is called a patient care tech (PCT) for the past 2 summers and am working there again this summer.

   I have a 3.74 undergrad GPA from the University of WI-Madison I didn't take the GRE Have worked as a patient care tech in a hospital for the past 2 summers volunteered in hospital and leadership position in clubs

    Mine still says applied so I'm hesitant like you. But under to-do it now has immunizations due on 4-18 and it says final transcript from my current school. Does yours also have this?

    Yeah I am currently still in school and graduating undergrad in May, so I would assume they need my final transcript with proof of graduation and showing my BS degree.

    I current do not have any prereqs in progress. I am just taking ochem over the summer starting in June though.
