   How does a new grad get into an OR? I can't even get a hospital interview!! The OR is where I always wanted to be.....maybe someday. Everybody wants "experienced" nurses.....How do we get the experience if nobody will hire us? Just saying.... :) ...

   Hi! What about volunteering with your local EMS?? They are health care professionals....they go to hospitals...you might meet someone.....food for thought
