I am a House Supervisor in a 200 bed hospital in NorthEastern Penna. I also work evening shift. We average 75%to90% occupancy with 26 critical care beds. We are required to be MSN prepared with ACLS,trauma, CPR, and field specilaties ie:CCRN, CEN,etc...
