Its like a job shadowing. Your put with a nurse and at my school we have to do 120 hours before the end of the semester. Its getting us out of the mind set of clinical and into independent nursing role.
You have to do what right for you. You study hard and you can do anything you put your mind to. Your a great person and you have always had kind words of encouragement for me. I know your a great nurse to your patients
