   thanks for providing the link to contact the montana board. i am a canadian citizen with canadian ssn (we call it sin - social insurance number). i live in canada and i do not have the usa visa at this time.

   Thanks. However, is graduating from an accreditated university the only requirement. As a Canadian citizen, does that help matters?
