    sooo..i'm definitely having the same issues kitcait08...i'm on my 2nd password reset, and it turned out that they didn't have my ssn in the system...i'm going to put it aside to enjoy thanksgiving, but hope to have it figured out soon! HAPPY TURKEY D...
