   Some colleges have RN refresher courses, maybe take that and Kaplan is very good as well.

   As a former Phleb, I can say that we were not allowed to access picc lines. That is the RN's job. It would infuriate me when a nurse would give me attitude about it. Many of these patients with picc lines have them because they have poor venous acces...
