I think quality is more important than quantity; it means doing about 100Qs a day with reading rationales carefully is much better than doing 200-300Qs a day with scanning tiredly rationales only. Just trying to do as many questions as your brain is ...
I and many Nclex takers i known didn't take any review courses but still pass the exam; but of course we had to have useful review books such as LaCharity, Lippincott's alternative format questions, or Davis's book.

I just found out I passed the NCLEX-RN first take with 75 questions. I give this credit to Allnurses, specially "Fact throwing". It is really really really helpful. Now I start my next step, hunting job.
Me, too. I just took my NCLEX-Rn this morning. It shut off at 75 questions. I had about 1/3 med and calculations, 50% priority and infections, and about 8 SATAs. I can't think anything else now except praising.
