   I've worked mostly in LTC and currently in Hospice; I think I'd like to try acute for a change but want the best buck for my bang so to speak. What can one expect from hospitals in N Texas these days?

   I'm really fed up with the use and abuse of many of my past employers and I'm ready for a change, who do you think is the best outfit to work for in the DFW area as far as pay scale, conditions, benefits, etc. goes?
