   I don't think they really care where you have experience as a CNA. They just want to see that you've had patient care interaction and know a little bit about the role of a nurse.

2. Anyone aplying to UW Oshkosh Accel. BS to BSN?

   I just got an email for scheduling a phone interview but I'm wondering how many of the applicants get to that point. Any one else at that interview step yet? Each one is for about 20 minutes so that is a huge time commitment for the interviewers.
