I think that the program itself is 25 people or so. If you are in Top 10 and there are more than 5 months left, you'll get in. This is just my rough guesstimate, based on my subjective experience :)

For Anatomy & Physiology plan to study a minimum of 14 hrs a week. Same for Microbiology. They are not difficult, but you have to be very-focused and pay attention to details.

Just worry about Anatomy and Microbiology, the rest are easy. That said, I wouldn't take those two together if you can avoid it. If you don't have to work while studying - you should be okay, my friend took the same 5 classes and got all As.
