    Hilo has most needs. ER is in great demand, especially is you have a strong background. I worked the ER there and floated to ICU sometimes. I will be going back soon....it was that wonderful.

    I traveled to Hilo last summer for 13 weeks and LOVED it. They (your agency) should supply you with a car as there is no public transportation on the Big Island. There are car rental agencies at both airports.

    I have been using the Littmann Master Cardiology for a few years now and I LOVE IT!!! It is by far the best I've used for auscultating heart and lung sounds on adults and peds. Congrats and I understand your excitement!
