I'm going to be new in Hospice myself, after 12 years of LTC, averaging anywhere from 28 to 47 patients and am so looking forward to the change... I doubt I'll ever regret the move...
Steph.. I know Hospice uses CNA's, yes and it's very rewarding work... you can give so much to your patient and their family, and you receive so much in return... it's a deeply moving position, emotionally and spiritually...
