   Believe it or not my health insurance does not cover auto accidents. I have BCBS at work and always assumed that would be covered but it's not. Pretty scary.

    You might want to wait and see where you will be working. In some areas you can not use your own stethescope for infection control purposes.

    It was to sterilize instruments. Also most homes did not have running warm water so it had to be heated.

    In younger females the cervix is more susceptible to infection. As you age the cervix becomes tougher (not a clinical term) and is less susceptible. Physiologically speaking, why is there such an increase of STD's in adolecents (especially females)....

    As the saying goes, Put your money where your mouth is. Offer to adopt the baby. Offer to help in some other way. Ask her what you can do for her. Otherwise it's not really any of your business.
