    A big problem is everyone looking like a slob. I see so many nurses coming to work wearing rumbled uniforms looking like they just rolled out of bed..dirty tennis shoes..unkept hair..dirty fingernails..eating takeout at the nurses station while chart...

    It is not a reliable asessment tool..because it is subjective...it is a hassle to lug all the equipment..should be done bedside with portable equipment.

    YES!! we LPNs need to start a real " RESPECT" movement!! We seriously need to demand and get the respect we deserve within the medical community..and for those of us that have been practising for decades, I believe we should be RN'd by proxy!!
