   I don't think that you can make it for this May 2010 batch because aside from the Board Certificate, you will have to pass a copy of your IVT license too. Maybe you can make it on the August(not sure) batch, though. :)

   requirements for BST: 1. resume with latest pic 2. TOR with RLE, diploma 3. board rating 4. PRC license 5. board certificate 6. 1 x 1 picture - 2 pcs 7. chest x-ray and PPD (c/o LCP) 8. BLS ID 9. PNA card 10. brown envelope i passed mine last week.
