    hi eknicurn! what do you mean by a few people have left recently? did the applicants back out? or there have been some staff that resign? so interns still have the chance to leave during orientation? how is the tenure of interns during orientation...

    Hi boisern84! Being able to stay for 2 years can also mean that you're enjoying your work, isn't it? how was your usual day in the unit? does the unit need some additional staff at the moment? or it has been filled out?

  6. But your really lucky to have an interview with them,, I know someone who also applied there with a DC license but haven't heard anything yet... So they might have seen something really special in your application for giving you that chance! :)
