   once a person gets their MSW they have to sit for their LCSW exam it means Liscensed Clinical Social Worker..it allows them to be liscensed by the state.

   I am a PHD prepared research nurse working in the VA as part of a research team. You don't need an MD. Better served if you got a PHD as it would teach you research. MDs don't know how to do real research without the help of a good PHD

   I am a Ph.D nurse and ALWAYs help out when needed. It's natural when you see someone sufferring (patients or staff) that you help. Just my values though.
