   Just an FYI that I had chicken pox as a child and my titer turned up negative. So even if you had chicken pox there is a chance you will still need the varicella vaccine. Good luck tracking down your vaccines!

   It's www.ouhsc.edu/enrollmentdeposit, but you'll need your University ID # and Application # that are listed on the letter. I hope that helps!
