Coumadin is measured by PT/INR. INR is the international test to make sure all labs have the same PT. Anyway Normal PT is 10-15 seconds and INR is 0.8-1.2. Therapeutic for both is 2-3 times. Heparin is measured by aPTT/PTT and the normal range is 25-...
