4. New Grad- Spinal Cord Injury or Telemetry-want to move into ICU after experience

   Also, the spinal cord injury position is evenings 3p-midnight, and the telemetry position is nights midnight to 8am. I have no problem working nights if it is worth it for the experience, but if it's equal I prefer evenings.
