This is kinda ironic, but I did tele step down right out of nursing school and now I work in a psych hospital. Each of them has their ups and downs. The step down unit was very fast-paced and I learned a lot. It turned out to be a pretty stressful...
I work in a state psych hospital and many of the nurses there state that they do not feel like "real nurses" since they don't work in a "real hospital." I worked in a "real hospital," aka MEDICAL hospital before working here. I tell them to quit sa...

I agree. I can't stand it when people post such rude comments or responses! I know honesty is the best policy, but have a little respect! Merry Christmas!
