    I did PVT 5 hours after my exam and again every day after, still same message. Won't take payment. Does it mean that because I did it before the 24 hrs, it is not right? Thanks!

    I am in California, so no quick result. I just did the PVT, putting in my credit card info. I can not think of any reason for the delay. My school mailed all transcripts as a group in June.
