   Are you serious that nurses are in shortage? I know of so many nurses who are looking for jobs....how do they find a job? any advice?

2. Do you give your 10 AM meds at 8 AM?

   I agree - giving both meds at the same time would be okay as far as they are not hourly meds. I prefer not to consolidate but sometimes you gotta do it.
