   I heard that when a seat becomes available.. they review all the files and choose the best candidate to replace the candidate who isn't taking the seat. There isn't a ranking list, just a pool of applicants. All we do is wait..

   I received my "alternate acceptance" letter last friday, March 18th. I also found out that another person from my interview group received it last week. I didn't receive an e-mail just a letter in the mail with the letter of intent. I hope this help...
