It's really hard to find a RN job as a new grad. I'm thinking of moving out of state which I really don't want to do. I work at some clinics PRN basis, but I don't think I can work there too long. SO SAD...T.T

I just took the board and passed with 75 questions. I mainly used Kaplan's Qbank/Qtrainer with 57% on average. (the score was varied from 48% to 72%) My advice is that take about 2-3 wks to do all the Qbanks/Qtrainers until you get at least of mid-5...

I keep my planner handy all the time and write down everything on the same planner. I tried palm, but writing down manually works the best. Surviving from nursing school=having excellent organization skill.
