   I like what ambitious1022 said. You can still be a very good nurse if you had to take NCLEX more than once, etc. It's what you do after you pass that will determine the type of nurse you will become. Choose well!

   Just a thought, I had a soft spoken teacher and asked if she could remedy this issue. She responded by getting a microphone and used it for the remainder of the semester. And it helped.
