   Hi Sara, I became a CNA and then went for my LVN in Calif. You can check with some of the Long Term Care Facilities in your area some of them offer CNA courses and pay you while you work and then after you graduate you can cont' to work for them........

   Hi, I am glad to see that there is another nurse from I.F. (Idaho Falls) I do home Health but have spent most of my career since becoming a LVN/LPN doing LTC...just to much stress involved now with all the shortages and cut backs....alot less stress...
