   I have..... LTC need exp RN's because they usually manage LPN's, Homehealth require one year of recent hospital experience.

   Its amazing to me as well. Just a year ago I was offered sign on bonuses once I graduated, now I cant even get my foot in the door in a hospital.

   Same story here in Brevard county. I graduate in May 09 and have been told to look outside of my area, seems like outside of my area is having the same troubles!!!
