   Don't tell me, you have some sort of timed computer scanning system and that is why the 2nd nurse didn't want to be late.....gotta love progress....on a paper MAR, there would have been no problem... EVERYONE INVOLVED NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN UP....

   This is why in the old days they made you work on a Med/Surg floor for one year before they would even consider letting you into a specialty unit such as the ER, OR, ICU, etc.! But let's just throw the new nurses to the wolves...

   oops ended up w/ 2 posts, must be tired after night shift, seriously, a year on Med/Surg teaches new nurses how to lake all the knowledge they have learned and use it practically. The ER, OR, ICU, OB are VERY busy departments and they are a lot hard...

   To "THE COMMUTER" WOW!!! What a great take on things! I never looked at it that way. As for customer service "requests" the other morning we got in trouble because 2 patients complained to administration that we didn't have any coffee made at 0530....
