    I can't function with anything less than 8. I prefer 9-10 and that's what I usually get. I try to arrange my life so that I can go to bed early and thus be happy, energetic and ready to learn (and absorb) the information at school!

    Anyone ever considered that one might be eating a normal diet and exercise even though they're overweight? I'm 5'6 and weigh 175 and instruct 6 aerobic classes a week! I'm in better shape than most of my peers.
