2. Does anyone else ever get tired of "stupid" nurses?

   Every nurse (RN & LPN) should be more careful in charting their assessments. The other day a nurse charted "good, strong bilateral pedal pulses" on a AKA patient. I wonder how she got those pedal pulses.
