   You would think... THR owns a huge portion of the hospitals in the area. Maybe thats the problem? I guess the others are Methodist, Baylor, and the HCAs.

   Was told that it went into effect THR wide in February. It was presented in a meeting by HR to all of the nurses in my area.

   THR just changed their attendance policy. You have to clock in no later than 630. No grace period. Used to have 7 minutes. After 3 tardies, or call ins, or whatever, they start the discipline process. You get 3 in three months. Much more strict. ...
