   Hi, They do count your previous GPA. They count your essay, your pre-req GPA and accumulate GPA. So your baccelor degree count as accumulate GPA.

   Hi, Their waitlist means that whoever drops out of the program, you will have the chance to get in. It also means that you are a strong applicant, but not strong as those who are accepted.
