   I work at a dialysis facility in GA and make almost $18/hr which is great here in small town GA. Th girls that i graduated with 5 years ago are at the hospitals only making like $13/hr.

   I think it is just fine to go without the T. I know from experience how hot it can get and t's just make it worse. If it is kept neat and he doent look like a gorrilla i say bare it!!! LOL:lol2::heartbeat
