    hi, what are you doing to prepare? i found saunders questions and answers & kaplan nclex-rn 2008-2009 edition very helpful. i did over 2000 questions prior to exam including reading rationales and i passed the frist time.

    It doesn't matter if people have medical exp or not when getting in but it may help after they are in because they may feel more comfortable with task during clinical. You will do find!! Good luck :)

    Hi, I am an LPN in school for my RN. I just completed a clinical rotation at Ocshner in New Orleans, a Magnum and i was impressed with the amount of respect that the nurse's received and how they encourage growth. I hope this helps
