1. Working with interns...can you help?

   My best and favorite years in nursing took place in teaching hospitals. Rarely were interns a "problem". Once in awhile someone would have a horrible personality and ',sad to say,they happened to be nurses before med school. Go figure!

   s-t-r-e-t-c-h daily and often. Dance! (out of curiosity, are there any other nurse/bellydancers out there?) Breathe conciously everyday at least once avoid pharmaceuticals as much as possible!! keep away from fast food water water water

   Not only is it unprofessional it is ILLEGAL. They absolutely violated that woman's right to privacy. According to HIPPA, only the government is allowed to do that!

   My team has 21 beds. I keep my own clipboard which I use like the now-defunct kardex so that I am up to date on orders/condition changes/etc. I check as I go and write notes to myself on this and sign out/off everything on the MAR/TAR as I do it. Mo...

   I was a sickly child in and out of hospitals. The nurses were always kind and made me feel good. I always knew that is what I wanted to do too. (well, after I realized sainthood wasn't going to pan out )

   Absolutely agree with you there. Most folks don't seem to understand the difference. Making it "legal" is still going to be problematic.
