   Hi, I'm Matt, I am a BSN-RN and I graduated in October of 2007. I got hired in the ED at a local hospital in November of 2007. I took NCLEX in December and got my license January 3rd. I love working in the ER!

2. Survey: New Grad Pay

   As a new grad my hospital start all new grads at $29.75/hr with differentials of $2.10 for PM shift and $3.60 for night. The Madison, WI area hospitals are all pretty close it comes to starting pay. Not to bad IMHO.

   Funny thing, I am currently in the UW-Oshkosh program. It's interesting what you will find googling for Oshkosh things! It is a very intense program! I'm done this October and will be very happy to be done.
