   I would say just look in the phone book or newspaper and start calling Nursing homes in that area and inquire about a baylor position.

   Why don't you just search your name here http://www.licensepa.state.pa.us/default.asp?bpoaNav=| I put my own name in and it shows that I had a temp permit before my real license. Worth a try.
